Yofitech utilizes an online helpdesk ticket system to store and retrieve your technical problems and resolutions. The online helpdesk ticket system places a time stamp on your ticket and logs it into our database under your Personal Helpdesk Account Number(PHAN) and specific User ID.

We assign a Personal Helpdesk Account Number(PHAN) to our business customers only. You can view your helpdesk tickets online at any time. All service calls require a helpdesk ticket, so for faster service, login and create a ticket before you do anything else. We believe this system provides an easy way for our customers to document their problems, and a reasonable method for us to manage and service our calls in the order they are received.
